We recommend 2-3 times a month is enough to relax your nerves, cleanse your scalp, and stimulate your hair follicles.
Yes, we do accept group appointments. Each person coming will need an appointment - so make an appointment for each person. If you have a large party, DM/e-mail us so we can assist with the booking.
Yes, we do! You can purchase a gift card in-store and share it with anyone you’d like to treat to our services. The recipient simply needs to provide your name and contact information to redeem the gift card and enjoy their experience.
For the service, We recommend wearing a top and pants rather than a romper or jumpsuit because our services include the shoulder and neck massage.
Yes, our specialists work with all hair types. Please note we do not style hair. Due to the nature of type 4C hair, we've had clients bring in specific products that work best for them (as this can vary drastically from person to person, especially those with type 4C hair).

Yes, it is safe for pregnant clients to enjoy our Omay Head Spa!
We use all-natural and organic ingredients. However, if you have concerns about specific oils, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand and informing us in advance.
Please note that guests will lie flat on their backs during the service. If this position is uncomfortable for you, we suggest waiting until after delivery to book your appointment.
To ensure the best results from our Head Spa treatment, we recommend waiting at least 7 days after any chemical treatment, such as coloring or keratin treatment. This allows the treatment to settle and minimize any potential fading during our detoxification process
Yes, you can record yourself for a few minutes with prior permission! However, we kindly ask that you set your phone to silent mode and refrain from talking, as there may be other clients in the spa room. If possible, please place your phone to the side so you can fully enjoy the experience
1.Our 60-minute scalp treatment session starts from the initial scalp analysis and ends after the final blow-dry and scalp check.
The entire process takes approximately 55 to 60 minutes in total.
2. Our 90-minute treatment session starts from the initial scalp analysis and ends after the final blow-dry and scalp check.
The entire process takes approximately 85 to 90 minutes in total.

Yes! We blow-dry your hair after every session, but we do not style. Please voice any specific preferences you may have (we’ve had different preferences/requests from clients, some even request to blow-dry their own hair after.
No. We only blow-dry.
Yes! We can accommodate ages 7+.
Yes! We can accommodate to make sure that no men will see your hair.
Due to the nature of our treatment which includes a wash, there may be stray water droplets here and there. Also note the steaming session does create moisture around the face too.
Due to the way our scalp beds are set up, you would have to be able to fully lay flat on your back for the time of the treatment. If you are not able to due to health conditions, you can try our foot reflexology where you are seated on a lounge chair!
Men are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a woman (can be a friend, relative, significant other, etc.)
